Our story
In 2014, we opened on a quiet corner of Bedford with beans roasted in the back, a single pastry tray, and a list of regulars who stayed for the conversation as much as the coffee. Eleven years later, not much has changed.
We still pour by hand. We still bake in small batches. The WiFi is still slow on purpose.
